If you really do think you might be able to make a PPI claim, then you should find out the facts.
The first step in the process is to check your policy and broadly speaking it will fall into one three categories: a loan that started within the last six years, an older but still active loan, or a a loan that ended 6+ years ago. In all of these situations is it still possible to start a PPI Claim if you think you may have been mis-sold a policy.
If you think you have a claim you need to start the claim process and ask the lender for the paperwork relating to the loan.
If a claim is valid its merely a case of putting together the correct paperwork, but you do need to understand the different conditions for which you might have a claim.
1. Where you told it was compulsory? May lenders mis-sold policies by telling customers they needed PPI Insurance.
In addition to this lenders must follow a certain code when selling the products so they are not allowed to: by pushy or forceful with the sale, will not let you continue with the application unless you agree to the additional policy, imply that you might not qualify if you didn’t take the PPI and didn’t make it clear the PPI was optional and that there is a cooling off period for a product of this type.
2. We’re not informed that you had it.
In some instances lenders have not given customers the right to choose and many people have just realised that this was added to their loans or credit card accounts without their knowledge.
3. Mis-informed about PPI
Many salespeople mis-informed customers about PPI or led them to believe it was something else entirely.
4. Did not qulify for the insurance
If customers were self employed, retired or unemployed they would not qualify for the product, but in many instances they individuals were sold policies and they all have a valid PPI Claim.
Claim you PPI today!

Branded and promotional pens are a great way to promote your business or organisation.
You can choose from a variety of pen styles and colours and print company logos, icons, designs or even strap-lines.
Many companies give them to customers in order to remind them of the brand.
Items like promotional pens act as a reminder and help to promote a business subtly and indirectly.
They are a relatively cheap and can even appear inexpensive if ordered in large quantities.

There is a great deal of being said about about payment protection insurance as the banks are expecting a massive influx of enquires every since they lost their high court judgement recently. The level of information out there can be a little off putting as there are many individuals waxing lyrical about the subject.
If you are on of many 1000′s of people across the UK that have taken out a loan in the past 10 years then you may have been offered a policy to protect the repayments should a consumer become unable to pay due to unemployment or sickness. This is Payment Protection Insurance (PPI).
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has ruled following some rather thorough investigations that a great many of these payment protection insurance policies were mis-sold. In many cases the customer was not informed of the policy details correct and the details of the PPI policy were not made clea; and because of this many people find themselves in a position where they might be able to get money back. We’re not talking small potatoes either; in many cases the amount is thousands and for a recent claimant is was in excess of £13000. So it is well worth doing your homework on PPI as if you’ve had a loan or credit card in the last 5 years which included PPi/ Payment Protection Insurance, then you might have a claim.
Do you have a claim?
You may have a claim if you felt pressurised to take out the policy.
You may have a claim if in fact it wasnt made fully clear to you and you did not know the true cost of the policy.
In many instances consumers were wrongly told there was no option of having it if the consumer wanted the credit on offer.
This all forms part of some serious mis-selling.
You could also have cause to claim if you were told that the policy was included in the loan.
You many also be entitles to a claim if you received sick pay from work or your age meant you would not qualify; and if you were unemployed, or if the medical history wasn’t noted. All grounds for a claim.
So its really important that if you think you might have a claim you check the details as you could be owed thousands.

Bedworld.net is one of the oldest online retailers for beds and mattresses. They also have one of the biggest ranges too; so you’ll be sure to find exactly what you’re looking for when you need a new luxury bed or high quality mattress.
Their products are great value too; and they often have special offers, but at the moment they are offering up to 80% off High Street prices and so offer, for me, some of the best value online.

If you’ve taken out a loan in recent years, there is a very good chance that you may have been offered payment protection insurance as part of your loan agreement. PPI is a form of insurance that is meant to cover your repayments in the event that you are unable to keep you commitment to repaying the loan due to sickness or unemployment etc.
Payment protection insurance is common and on the face of it is not a bad product. The problem that exist for the lending institutions is that it has been widely mis-sold to many thousands of loan customers. As a result many of these consumers have paid hundreds for potentially worthless cover. Anyone who has been mis-sold this type of insurance can challenge the sale of the PPI and potentially reclaim thousands in payments.
